Hokkien Harvest is dedicated to bringing the Living Gospel of Jesus Christ to the Hokkien people. Of the 49 million Hokkien people worldwide, less than 1% are Christians. We believe that God is calling His people around the world to PRAY for a HARVEST among the Hokkien speaking people of the world.
Hokkien Harvest was established in 1998 as a ministry team strategizing to evangelize one of Asia’s largest unreached people groups. As one of many ministry teams related to the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention, Hokkien Harvest team members work with a variety of Hokkien-speaking believers, cross-cultural missionaries, and other “Great Commission Christians” who share a common vision for evangelizing the Hokkien people.
